WIRRIG, Sharon E. (Fourman)

Age 81 of Arcanum Ohio, passed away on December 14, 2022, at home following an extended illness. Sharon was born March 7, 1941, in Gordon, Ohio.

She is preceded in death by her parents Otwin and Bessie (Myers) Fourman; first husband Robert (Bob) Fourman; second husband Chester (Chet) Wirrig; sister Betty Rauscher; brother-in-law Charles Rauscher; Sister-in-law Janet Fourman; brother-in-law Dale Fisher.

She was a longtime member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Pitsburg Ohio and Swinging 8’s square dance. She loved being with her family and was very proud of her grandchildren. She enjoyed quilting, cross stitching, diamond art, puzzles, watching Reds baseball, Hallmark movies, and reading.

She is survived by her children, Lelah (Eric) Shoop, Barb (Bob) Fourman, Chuck (Monica) Fourman; grandchildren, Kyle (Stephanie) Skidmore, Derrik (Mallory) Skidmore, Brent (Nichol) Fourman, Brandon (Heather) Fourman, Sydney Fourman; step grandchildren Brad (Emily) Fourman, Nick (Tricia) Fourman, Justin (Jennifer) Fourman; great grandchildren Greer Skidmore, Smith Skidmore, Evelyn Fourman, Emma Fourman; several step great grandchildren; bonus children Larry (Kim) Wirrig, Mark (Christy) Wirrig, Deb (Mike) Zirkle; bonus grandchildren Adam Wirrig, Jared (Rachel) Wirrig; Sarah (Tony) Kuskie, Lindsey (Ian) Werts, Tony (Heather) Zirkle, Jennifer Zirkle; bonus great-grandchildren Henry Wirrig, Charlotte Shuff, Jack Kuskie, Grayson Zirkle, Chase Zirkle, Mackenzie Werts; siblings, brother, Beverly Fourman, sister-in-law, Shirley Fisher, sister-in-law Constance (Gary) Myers, brother-in-law, Charles (Kathy) Wirrig; sister-in-law, Sandy Wirrig; host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held 4-7 pm Sunday, Dec. 18 at the Kreitzer Funeral Home, 204 N. Main St. Arcanum. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Mon. Dec. 19 also at the funeral home, followed by burial in Abbottsville Cemetery, Darke County, Ohio.
