SHAFFER, Ruth E.
Age 102, of West Manchester, OH, passed away unexpectedly in Miamisburg on Saturday, August 17, 2024 following a sudden illness. She was preceded in death by her husband Carl in 1976, by her parents, John & Ida Garber & by her 5 siblings, Bill, Gene, Bob, Edith & Mildred. Ruth is survived by her daughters, Phyllis (Bill) Crumbley & Gloria Shaffer; grandchildren, Jeffrey (Angie) Crumbley & Aimee (Jonathan) Turner; 5 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren & numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Fri. Aug 23 at the Kreitzer Funeral Home, 204 N. Main St. Arcanum, OH 45304, with a visitation held 11-1 Friday leading into the service.
