BAKER, Roger

Age 80, of rural Franklin Township, passed away March 4, 2023. He was born Feb 12, 1943 to the late Howard and Lois Baker. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife of 55 years, Ann; sister, Anna Belle (Charlie) Besecker; son, Mark Baker. Roger greatly enjoyed being a farmer for all of his life. He also enjoyed visiting with family and friends and watching sports. He is survived by two sons, Matt (Michelle) Baker and David (Amanda) Baker; daughter-in-law, Angie Baker; grandchildren, Christopher (Robyn) Baker, Tyler (Sara) Baker, Carrie Baker, Samuel Baker, Ella Baker, Andrew (Kayla) Baker, and Ian Baker; great-grandchildren, Addyson Baker, Hayslee Baker, and Rosalyn Baker. A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Fri., March 10, at Kreitzer Funeral Home, 204 N. Main St. Arcanum, OH 45304. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Sat., March 11 at the funeral home, with interment in Newcomer Cemetery to follow services. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Everheart Hospice 1350 N. Broadway St, Greenville, OH 45331.
