FISHER, Phyllis

Age 85, of Arcanum, OH, passed away on March 4, 2025, at the Brethren Retirement Community. Phyllis is preceded in death by her husband Berlyn Leon Fisher; parents, C. Emil & Evelyn (Etzeler) Hartzell. She is survived by her daughter, Nicole Fisher (Chuck King); grandsons, Mike, Matt, Marc and Zac; great-granddaughter, Nevaeh; great-grandson, Blake; brother, John Hartzell (Diann); niece, Terri Pigman (Mike) and best friends, Kelly & Jason Laux. There will be a private graveside service held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Castine Area Food Bank. Condolences may be sent by visiting www.kreitzerfuneralhome.com.
