HOFACKER, Mary Lou (HOKE)
Age 89, of Greenville, OH, passed away on February 19, 2025, at the Brethren Retirement Community following a sudden illness. Mary was born on February 25, 1935, to the late Clarence & Bernadine (Knecht) Hoke. She is preceded in death by her husband, Delbert Hofacker; an infant child; parents; 2 sisters; 6 brothers and several nieces and nephews. Mary was a member of St. Matthews Lutheran Church for many years. She was employed at JV Products for 25 years until she retired. She enjoyed riding her bike, taking walks with her neighbors, and playing with her grandkids. As she aged, she loved to put jig saw puzzles together and play cards. Surviving Mary is her son, David Hofacker (Joyce); daughter, Brenda Little (Kurt); grandchildren, Cassie Creech (Jeff), Tyler Hofacker (Kara), and Kyle Little; great-grandchildren, Brody & Eliza Hofacker; sister, Willa Dickey and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be on Sunday, February 23, 2025, from 2-4 p.m. at the Kreitzer Funeral Home, 204 N. Main St. Arcanum, OH 45304. Funeral service will be on Monday, February 24, 2025, at 11 a.m. at KREITZER FUNERAL HOME. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to EverHeart Hospice.
