Obituary

CRAIG, Margaret

Age 87, of Arcanum passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, February 13, 2022 following a sudden illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilfred & Barbara Goodin, by a sister, Kathleen Elson, brother Wilfred Goodin, Jr. & by a daughter-in-law, Tina Craig. She helped start the Food Pantry at Faith United Methodist Church where she was a member, and she also enjoyed singing with the Arcanum Village Singers. She also was a founding member of the Northmont Singles and she enjoyed Square Dancing.  Margaret is survived by children, Bill Craig, John (Marie) Craig & Connie (Chuck) Sturgill; grandchildren, Joey (Tory) Sturgill, Eric Sturgill, John Thomas Craig, II, Naomi Jaschke & Josh Bland; 5 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 12:00 pm Mon. Feb. 21 at Faith UMC, 101 E., South St. Arcanum, OH 45304, with burial to follow in Preble Memory Gardens, West Alexandria. Visitation will be held at the church Monday from 10:30 until service time. Arrangements are in care of Kreitzer Funeral Home, 204 N. Main St., Arcanum, OH 45304.
