Linda Lou (Young) Hufnagle

HUFNAGLE, Linda Lou

Age 86, of Arcanum, OH, went to be with her Lord & Savior on March 10, 2026. She is preceded in death by her parents, Harold & Henrietta (Plock) Young; a grandchild, Clayton Halley and a sister-in-law, Vicki Young. Linda graduated in 1957 from Westmont High School and was the Valedictorian of her class. She was a member of a church, taught Sunday school for many years and was devoted to reading her bible one and a half times a year. She was a collector of antiques and enjoyed cooking, sewing and growing things in her garden. She was always out in the garage sanding things with her husband Stephen and kept track of the accounting bookwork for their business. Linda is survived by her husband of 66 years, Stephen Hufnagle; children, Melissa Miles (Christopher) and Patsy Dill (Pat); grandchildren, Stephen Halley (Krista) and JJ Halley; numerous great-grandchildren; brother, Jack Young and a sister Joan Scarberry. Visitation for Linda will be on March 17, 2026, from 12–1 p.m. at the KREITZER FUNERAL HOME 204 N. MAIN ST. ARCANUM, OH 45304. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. following visitation.
