NICKOL, Lawson

Age 68, of Arcanum, passed away on September 14, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Iris Nickol.

Lawson was a 1970 graduate of Versailles High School where he was active on the sporting teams. He went on the play football for Earlham College where he graduated in 1974. He then worked for Nickol Electric and was the founder and former president of the All American Clothing Company, Arcanum, OH.

Survived by his wife of 41 years, MaryAnn Nickol; children, Elizabeth (David) Booher of Celina, Ben (Jen) Nickol of Louisville, KY and B.J. (Bethany) Nickol of Louisville, KY; six grandchildren; brother, Reece (Karen) Nickol of Piqua.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 26th, at Kreitzer Funeral Home, 204 N. Main St., Arcanum, OH 45304. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to the Alzheimer’s Association. Email condolences may be sent by going online to www.kreitzerfuneralhome.com.
