MILLER, Janet L.

Age 87, of New Madison, passed away at her home on Sunday, April 10, 2022, surrounded by family and friends. Janet was born to the late Forest and Ethel Welbaum in Arcanum, Ohio on March 3, 1935. She was also preceded in death by a son, Mark Erwin & sisters, Norma Miller, Joyce Popp and Sharon Shaw.  She graduated from Arcanum High School in 1953. She was a long-standing member of the Koneta Chapter of Eastern Stars in Wapakoneta, Ohio. One of her proudest achievements was that she donated 20.25 gallons of blood to the Darke County Red Cross. Janet is survived by 3 children, Monica Buckingham, David Erwin & Kevin Miller; brother, Larry Welbaum; 8 Grandchildren, 12 Great-Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great-Grandchild.  Funeral services will be held at the Kreitzer Funeral Home, 204 N. Main St. Arcanum, OH 45304, 12 pm Friday, April 15 with burial to follow in Abbottsville Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Friday from 11 am until service time.
