HARSHBARGER, Janet E.

Age 85, of Beavercreek, formerly of Arcanum, passed away Saturday, September 8, 2018 at Traditions of Beavercreek, following an extended illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph & Freda Harleman; 4 brothers, Bobby, Gale, Byron & Richard Harleman, and by 1 sister, Betty Shepard. Janet is survived by daughters, Robin (Thomas) Simms and Dona (Tim) Chapman; son, Kimbal Harshbarger; grandchildren, Katie Chapman, Erin Chapman, Ashley Liston & Crystal Aukerman; great-grandson, Cohen Liston and numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held 11:30 AM Sat. Sept. 15 at the Kreitzer Funeral Home, 204 N. Main St. Arcanum, OH 45304, with Pastor John Wiltshire officiating. Burial will follow in Ithaca Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10 AM Sat. until service time. If desired, the family suggests donations to either the American Cancer Society or the Alzheimer’s Association.
