MILLER, Iva

Age 83, of Castine, passed away on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 surrounded by her family, following an extended illness.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Herman R. Miller; sister, Helen Hellard, and brothers, Ben, Donnie, & Dave Strawser, and her parents.

Iva was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She adored all her grandchildren with all her heart. Iva spent 25 years working for FRAM. Iva and Herman spent many days camping and fishing at Lake Erie, and were members of the Moose Lodge #329 (Greenville). She would spend hours playing cards with her friends and family. Iva will be missed by all the lives she has touched.

Iva is survived by her sons, James “Jim” Miller, Tim (Jacqui) Miller; daughters, Peggy (Mark) Trask, Ronda (Randy) Edwards; grandchildren, Lee Miller, Tina Miller, Aaron Trask, Adam (Amber) Trask, Jason Miller, Nicholas (Andrea) Miller, Timmy (Kylie Griffin) Miller, Kristin (Nic) Zumberger, Matthew (Jadyn) Mangen, Steven Mangen; great-grandchildren, Mason, Ashton, Brody, Brayden, Jamie, Brent, Colton, Clayton, and 1 more on the way; 1 great-great-grandchild; sisters, Juanita “Faye” Heindl, Barbara “Barb” Heindl, and numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, 12pm (noon) at the Kreitzer Funeral Home, 204 N. Main St. Arcanum, OH 45304, with a 1 hour visitation prior to services. A visitation will also be held from 5pm-8pm on Monday, Sept. 13 at the funeral home.
