HODGE, Geraldine F.

Age 87, of Greenville, formerly of Arcanum, passed away at the EverHeart Hospice Care Center inside Wayne Hospital early Monday, July 24, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents, Grimes & Mildred Pence and by all of her four siblings. She was born in Manchester, Ohio and graduated from High School there. She worked many years with Darke County Children’s Services. She was a longtime member of Faith United Methodist Church in Arcanum. Geraldine is survived by her husband of 68 years, Adam Hodge; daughter, Lee (Jim) Knowles; foster daughter, Darlene (Rick) Riffell, along with numerous nieces, nephews and friends. A celebration of life gathering will be held 2-4 Sunday, July 30 at the Kreitzer Funeral Home, 204 N. Main St. Arcanum, OH 45304. Services will begin at 4 pm following the calling hours.
