ARMACOST, Edward

Age 77, of Arcanum, passed away Thursday, November 15, 2018 at his home.

He spent time coaching, enjoyed golfing, and loved being with his family. Ed served our country in the United States Army, was a member of the Moose Lodge, American Legion and Masons. He worked and retired from General Motors.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Dorothy Armacost; daughter, Tracy Armacost, and brother, Richard Armacost.

Ed is survived by his wife of 54 years, Janice Armacost; daughters, Tami Meeks, Tanya Baker; grandchildren, Jessica Baker, Derrick Baker, Kory Baker, Cody Meeks, Wade Meeks; great-grandchild, Seth Baker; sister, Vivian (Walter) Niepart; sister-in-law, Grace Armacost, and numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 20, 2018, 11AM, at the Kreitzer Funeral Home, 204 N. Main St. Arcanum, OH 45304. Burial to follow at Greenmound Cemetery in New Madison. A visitation will be held Monday, November 19, 2018 from 6-8PM at the funeral home. If desired, donation may be made to State of the Heart Care.
