ISAACS, Eddie
Age 84, of West Milton, passed away at home on Monday, February 22, 2021 following an unexpected illness.
Eddie was born in 1936 to the late Harley & Elsie Isaacs. On September 5, 1953 Eddie married his wonderful wife, Nancy Lambert. He was from the Roosevelt High School Class of 1954. Eddie also faithfully served our country in the 35th Armor Division, Company C 2nd Armored Division in the United States Army. During his working years he worked for Dayton Tire & Rubber from 19453-1980, and would go on to work for Harris-Thomas Drop Forge for another 15 years. He was a wonderful man that his family and friends are going to deeply miss him.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Isaacs, nee Lambert; and siblings, Lonnie Isaacs, Bill Isaacs, & Denny Isaacs.
Eddie is survived by his daughters, Denise (Steve) Beck, Doris (Steve) Carroll, Donna (Jeff) Clark; grandchildren, Chrissy (Eric) Dimitriou, Craig Beck, Camie (Jason) Herrest, Andrew (Alyssa) Carroll, Allie (Chris) Paul, Jade Rhoades, Katlin (Alison) Clark; 14 great-grandchildren; siblings, Patty Beam, Faye Hittipole, Darrell Isaacs, Kenny Isaacs; caring companion, Nellie Besecker, and numerous other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 25, 2021, 12PM (noon) at the Kreitzer Funeral Home, 204 N. Main St. Arcanum, OH 45304. A burial will follow at Abbottsville Cemetery. The family will receive guests on Thursday from 10am-12pm at the funeral home leading into the services. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
