FLORA, Donna I.

Age 98, of Englewood, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 19, 2022 following an extended illness.

Donna was an avid painter. She was a very creative woman who would paint anything she was able to paint. Donna lived her life for the Lord and she is finally home with Him. Those who knew Donna saw her as a kind, gentle, caring soul. She wants you to know the key to a long life is Diet Coke, chocolate and lots of laughter.

Donna is preceded in death by her parents, John (Zerelda) Thayer; husband, Lloyd Flora; daughter, Juanita Brison; son,  Duaine Thayer, and her two brothers Darrell Thayer and Johnny Thayer.

She is survived by her granddaughters, Cindy (Jeffrey) Miller, Christy (Peter) Garich; great-grandchildren, Cole Miller, Wyatt Miller, Jordan Garich, Jared Garich, and numerous other relatives and friends.

A private graveside committal will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in Donna’s memory to Hospice of Dayton. Condolences may be sent by going online to www.kreitzerfuneralhome.com.
