JUDY, Donald Keith

Age 87, of Arcanum, passed away on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at his home, following an extended illness. He was preceded in death by his birth-parents, Leonard & Garnet (Eubank) Judy, by brothers, Harold Judy, Marvin Dwain Judy & Paul E. Judy & by a sister, Alora Wemple. He was also preceded by an uncle & aunt, Harold “Fuzzy” & Julia Fasnacht, who raised Keith from the age of two.  He spent his younger years as a cattle farmer, and then a barber. He later built grain bins and then he owned Judy’s Full Service Gas Station north of Arcanum. He retired as a construction worker. Keith is survived by his wife of 62 years, Paula (Shadowens) Judy; children, Brian Judy, Kara (Don) Brickler & Kevin (Sherri) Judy; grandsons, Tyler, Caleb & Elijah; sister-in-law, Lois Judy, by his favorite cat, Tommy  and by numerous other relatives and friends.  At Keith’s request, he was cremated. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held from 1-4pm on Saturday, May 6, 2023 in the fellowship hall of the SonRise UMC/St.Matthews Lutheran Church, 750 Arcanum-Ithaca Rd.
