Denise (Collins) Jewett

Age 53, of New Madison, OH, passed away at home on February 22, 2025. Denise is preceded in death by her father, Dennis Collins and mother-in-law, Claudet Jewett. Denise was a loving wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, and friend. She worked for 15 years with Distribution Transportation Services in Ft. Loramie and was a dispatcher for Pohl Trucking. She loved to vacation at Myrtle Beach. She also enjoyed reading, swimming, bonfires and country concerts. She is survived by her husband of 11 years, Rick Jewett; children, Daniel Jewett, Lynsie (Grant) O’Dell, Colton (Allison) Farrel, Brandon Jewett, Kailee Jewett, and Zack Jewett; grandchildren, Sawyer and Holley Farrel, Will, Callan, and Harris O’Dell, Delilah and Zoey Jewett; mother, Ruth Collins; father-in-law, Fred Jewett; brother, Dan (Tammy) Collins; sister-in-law, Wendy (Jeff) Burke; her dog, Be-Be. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Kreitzer Funeral Home, 204 N. Main St. Arcanum, OH 45304 are in charge of arrangements.
