FOURMAN, Beverly “Bevo”

Age 90, of Arcanum, passed away on November 23, 2024, at Reid Health in Richmond. Bevo is preceded in death by his wife, Janet (Johns) Fourman; parents, Otwin & Bessie (Myers) Fourman; twin sister, Betty (Fourman) Rauscher and sister, Sharon (Fourman) Wirrig. Bevo served in the United States Army from April of 1956 – February of 1958 and was stationed in Germany. He retired from AT&T, formerly Ohio Bell. He was a member of Faith United Methodist Church, the choir and the Lions Club. He served on the Arcanum City Council and as Mayor of Arcanum for 8 years. Bevo is survived by his children, Timothy E. Fourman (Jennifer) and Jennifer Krauskopf (Carl); grandchildren Josh Knick (Lauren), Josiah Fourman (Jessica), Alec Fourman (Tabea) and Katelyn Coomes (Trevor); great-grandchildren Kaden Knick, Josiah Fourman Jr., Raylan Fourman, River Fourman, Addison Coomes and Carter Coomes. Visitation will be on November 29, 2024, from 10 – 12 p.m. with a service to follow at 12 p.m. at the Kreitzer Funeral Home, 204 N. Main St. Arcanum, OH 45304.
