FLORY, Barbara A.

Age 77, of Arcanum, passed away on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at the State of the Heart Hospice unit. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert D. Flory and by a daughter, Cheryl Cook. Barbara was a 1959 graduate of Phillipsburg High School. She retired from Wayne Hospital after 17 years of service. She loved quilting, sewing, painting, gardening, all types of yard work, and she also enjoyed traveling in the RV with her husband. Barbara is survived by children, Terri Hayes (Mike), David Flory, Doug Flory (Brenda), Carol Flory (Pete Waltz); 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Lona Long (Ivan) and numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Wed. Feb. 28 at the Kreitzer Funeral Home, 204 N. Main St. Arcanum, OH 45304, with burial to follow in Royal Oak Memorial Gardens, Brookville. Visitation will be held at the funeral home, 5-8 PM Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to State of the Heart Hospice, 1350 N. Broadway, Greenville, OH 45331.
