I am very sad to hear of Kip's passing. He was a great guy and quite funny when we were in high school. Hadn't visited him in several years much to my dismay. I hope his daughters and grandchildren remember him well and may god bless them all

My heart was sad hearing of Mr. Kip's passing. He was such a kind and humerous person. He always made me laugh and I in turn made him laugh when I came in to visit my mom who is also a resident at Pristine. He always had very nice compliments for all of us ladies whether visitors or residents. May you Mr. Kip rest in eternal peace and May God Bless your family always. Sincerely.
