SCOTT, Janet S.

Age 67, of Arcanum, passed away Thursday, January 3, 2019 at Upper Valley Medical Center in the care of Hospice.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Melda Cope.

Janet spent the past 25 years as a manager at Made-Rite in Greenville. She loved working there, the people she worked with, and the folks she served. She lived a fun and adventurous life. Janet enjoyed hiking looking for any and all waterfalls she could find. Her friends and family will always remember her infectious laugh. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and a great friend who will be missed dearly. J

anet is survived by her husband of 49 years, William Scott, Sr.; children, Dennis (Wynona) Scott, William (Ericka) Scott, Jr., Christopher Scott, Valerie Scott & L.J.; grandchildren, Jaimie, Kristin, Meagan, Charissa, Marisa, Alex, Mikey, Cori, Calvin, Tre, Alijah; great-grand child, Luna Rose; siblings, Patty, Sherry, Linda, Debbie, Rick, Barbara Lynn; family pets, Toby & Darcy, and numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 8, 2019, 12:30PM, at the Kreitzer Funeral Home, 204 N. Main St. Arcanum, OH 45304. Burial to follow at Preble Memory Gardens. A visitation will be held Tuesday from 10:30AM-12:30PM leading into the funeral services. If desired, donations may be made in Janet’s name to the Hospice of Miami County.
