BINGHAM, Forrest Lee

Age 75, of Arcanum, passed away on August 15, 2019 in Greenville following an extended illness.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Boyd Bingham, Sr. & Marie Bingham; brothers, Boyd Bingham, Jr., Raymond Bingham,  Ronnie Bingham, and step-son, Matt Smith.

Forrest proudly served our country in the United States Air Force, 811th Medical Group. After his active duty service he went on to continue a career with the United States Army and Air Force National Guard for a dedicated 25 years of service. He enjoyed woodworking and fishing.

Forrest is survived by his wife, Monalee Bingham; children, Teresa (Keith) Gieseck, Jenny (John) Bingham-Smith; step-sons, Clay Smith, Chad (Melanie) Smith; brother, John Bingham; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

Services for Forrest will be held privately, at a later date, at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers donations can be made to State of the Heart Care, 1350 N.
