Stammen, David L.

Age 78, of Arcanum, passed away Thursday, October 12, 2017 in Dayton following a brief illness. David is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Patricia Cherry; brother, Arnold Stammen, first wife, Sharon Stammen and step-son Brent Karns. David is survived by his wife of 20 years, Sue Stammen; children, Tammy Shiverdecker, Kim Law, David A. “Tony” (Joanne) Stammen, and Tracy Stammen; step-children Kelly (David) Harmon, Troy (Geri) Karns, Kandy (Dan) Rossi, Rod (Amber) Karns, and Mary Karns; 8 grandchildren, 11 step-grandchildren, many great-grandchildren; brothers, Joe Stammen, Jim Stammen, Jerry Stammen, Tim Stammen, and numerous other relatives and friends. A special thank you to all the staff on the ICU at Good Samaritan Hospital. Funeral services will be held Monday, October 16th 10:30AM at Kreitzer Funeral Home, 204 N. Main St. Arcanum, OH 45304. A visitation will be held from 9AM-10:30AM leading into the funeral service. There will be a graveside service at Calvary Cemetery in Dayton at 2PM.
