Helen was the best Step-Mother that any one could have. She was always a very caring person to everyone. Dad took very good care of her and she had a good life with dad. Helen will be missed very much.. Our thought and prayers are with Dad and family.

Grandma was simply the kindest and most loving person I knew. She always had a smile and a hug for you and when she hugged you, you could just feel her love for you. She had such a great and uplifting spirit which touched so many hearts. We did not make a trip home that we did not have a visit with her and Grandpa and always looked forward to the laughs we had and the stories we told one another. I simply do not know a better person than her. She brought my wife and children into the family as if they had been part of it all along and they all just cherished her. I thank my lucky stars we were able to be home in late May and get to share the day with her and Grandpa eating maderites and cookies. No visit would have been complete without a consultation about Grandpa's tv/stereo and making sure we also got Grandma's input on what he really needed. :-) That's my final memory of her and what a fine memory it was. I just wish I was able to travel to be there for the funeral but she knows I can't and Grandpa made sure to tell me to not try it. Her and Grandpa's advice throughout the years have helped shape me and thought me the values that have gotten me through life. I can tell you right now that she would not want us down in the dumps an instead celebrating her life, what a generous person she was and having a few laughs telling our favorite stories of our time with her. I love you Grandma! You were one of a kind!

May the thought of knowing that friends and family share your grief be of comfort to your family. Please read Revelation 21:3, 4.
