Thompson, Esther Mae

Age 89, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 26, 2017 at her home following a sudden illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rollin, by her parents, 5 brothers & 2 sisters. She was a longtime member of Grace United Methodist Church in Ithaca. Esther is survived by daughters, Sandra (Michael) Hudson & Jeanne (Bob) Anderson; son, Douglas (Wendy) Thompson; grandchildren, Lane (Marina) Hudson, Stephanie (Theo) Beack, Jodi (Steve) Cates, Brian (Kim) Brumbaugh, Angie (Mitch) Norris, Amanda (Mike) Morris, Lindsey (Jonathan) Cottrell, Latisha Thompson & Jordan Thompson; 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Etta Thalman, and numerous other relatives and friends. A funeral service will be held 10:30 AM Fri. June 2 at Grace UMC, 750 Arcanum-Ithaca Rd, Arcanum, OH 45304. Visitation will be 6-8 Thursday June 1 at Kreitzer Funeral Home, 204 N. Main St., Arcanum.
