FOURMAN, Alta M.

Age 84, of Arcanum, passed away Monday, March 6, 2017 at Wayne Hospital in Greenville following a brief illness. She was preceded in death by her husband Carol in 1990. She was a longtime member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Arcanum and she retired with the Medical Records Dept. at Wayne Hospital. Alta is survived by sons, Scott (Alice) Fourman, Thomas (Gail) Fourman and Gordon Fourman; 3 grandsons; 3 step-grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren. At Alta’s request, a private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family. If desired, the family suggests donations to Arcanum Fire & Rescue or Greenville Twp. Rescue.
