Sending our condolences to the family of Alta Fourman. She will be remembered for her smile, her wonderful personality and for the many hours she spent in the Medical Records Department at Wayne Hospital. Alta had many friends at work and she was always so helpful to employees in other Departments. Rest in peace, Alta.

I was sorry to hear of Alta's passing. She was always very loving towards my children and always up for a laugh at our choir practice. She was a good Christian lady who showed it through her daily interactions. We will miss her.

Very saddened to learn Alta has passed away. Such a kind and generous lady. Enjoyed working with her at Wayne for 10 years. She always had a smile and positive attitude. She will be missed. My thoughts and payers to the family.
